PSYC 8329 Health Psychology: Psychological Comorbidities of Physical Illness

The purpose of this course is to introduce the psychological disorders that are frequently co-morbid with physical health conditions. The etiology of select physical conditions, their psychological correlates, assessment, and specific interventions as part of an interdisciplinary team will be discussed. The students will gain knowledge of aforementioned issues in both adult and pediatric populations.
