PSYC 8365 Advanced Clinical Practicum

Advanced practicum training for clinical psychology doctoral candidates under the supervision of a clinical psychologist. This course expands on issues covered in PSYC 8364, and includes advanced techniques for diagnostic interviewing, behavioral assessment, evidence-based treatments, supervision, and consultation. Students also meet with their same year peers and the Director of Clinical Training to discuss their clinical practicum experiences and share their experiences via group case presentations. Particular attention is given to helping students develop conceptualization, case formulation and treatment skills.

Two credits hours from PSYC 8164 and six credit hours from PSYC 8364.
