ELEE 6370 Advanced Smart Energy Systems

Modern smart energy analysis used in wide-scale network utility operations are covered. Discussions about energy systems worldwide including smart energy systems inclusive of distributed renewable sources will be addressed. Energy systems will cover steady state and dynamic operation at the cutting edge of present development. Students will be able to recognize and consider on a wide-scale basis, smart grids, real-time analysis, energy management systems, flexible-reliable-intelligent-energy-delivery-systems, optimal energy analysis, and distributed energy sources. In addition to topics covered students complete reports and presentations during the course each counting equally as exams.
