NURS 8322 Interprofessional Teamwork and Team Based Care

This course explores models that utilize interprofessional teams to achieve quality patient care outcomes. Interprofessional teams and community linkages, care planning, barriers, and solutions will be analyzed in relation to the triple aim of high-quality care, improved health, and optimal costs.
