EDLR 8363 Politics in Educational Leadership

This course will focus on developing the leadership knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to effectively understand and excel in an increasingly political environment--educational organizations, school districts and communities. The dynamics of internal and external factors leading to political conflicts seen in public education will also be addressed.
