EDUL 7303 Instructional Leadership and Supervision
This course emphasizes an examination of self and the study of major organizational leadership models and their applicability in various school settings. Ethical principles and integrity in decision-making, actions, and behaviors will be emphasized. Relational processes and strategies are examined as well as broader cultural and political realities to lead and manage change. Applicable laws, policies, and regulations will be emphasized.
