Directory Information

At its discretion, the university may release directory information, which shall include:

Name, address, telephone number
Date and place of birth
Major field of study
Participation in officially recognized activities and sports
Dates of attendance
Most recent previous educational institutions attended
Classification
Degrees and honors received
Date of graduation
Physical factors (height and weight) of athletes
Institutional e-mail address
Photographs

Students may withhold directory information by submitting appropriate documentation to the Office of the Registrar in writing. The institution will honor requests for nondisclosure until the student grants permission in writing, to release the information.
