ANTH 6317 Field Experience of the Borderlands

This course provides students an opportunity to design and conduct an independent research project in the Rio Grande Valley. Instruction focuses on field methods, ethics, and technology. Students learn to use the latest software and digital audio and video recording technology. Ultimately, students will deposit their primary source material in the Border Studies Archive. May be repeated for additional credit.
