ARTS 7304 Practicum in Art History
Experiential learning in which the principles and methodologies of art history, are applied in a practical manner outside the classroom in areas as musuem and gallery activities, historical preservation, research for private collections, research at the Benson Latin American Collection at University of Texas, Austin and assisting faculty with a College Art Association conference session. Projects are suggested by the instructor, but ultimately selested by the student.

18 credit hours of coursework in the MA in Latin American Art History
