MATH 8388 Discrete Mathematics

This course is an introduction to modern discrete mathematics and its applications. Topics include methods of enumeration, analytic methods, generating functions, the theory of partitions, graphs and trees, partially ordered sets, introduction to probabilistic, algebraic and topological methods in discrete mathematics.
