ECON 3351 Macroeconomic Theory

Provides an analysis of the construction, character and operational uses of the macroeconomic models of classical, Keynesian, Monetarist and Neoclassical schools of thought. Applications of the foregoing models to such issues as inflation, unemployment, economic growth, interest rates, and investment in the U.S. economy are emphasized.

Prerequisite

ECON 2301 and ECON 2302. All students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, or Bachelor of Science in Materials Management and Logistics from VCoBE, must apply for and be admitted to VCoBE before they are allowed to enroll in the Advanced Business Core and Major coursework for their degree.
