OCCT 6401 Intervention I - Psychosocial Health

Using a client or community centered approach within a system model, students will understand and design interventions for mental health disorders and psychosocial issues which affect occupational performance. The plan will include rationale for selection of appropriate theories, assessments and interventions as well as methods for delivery of services. Includes a 40 hour field-based practicum. (This course must be passed with a grade of ?B? or better in order to proceed).
