PSYC 6355 Behavior Change and Supervision

This course provides students with information pertinent to behavior-analytic behavior change strategies and personnel supervision. The course is designed to teach and enhance the repertoire of selecting behavior change procedures, selecting and implementing interventions, and developing personnel supervisory and management skills. The content regarding behavior change procedures will focus on the selection of function-based interventions. The content regarding personnel supervision and management will focus on the introduction and importance of supervision, critical supervisory skills, and strategies for resolving common performance issues.
