ENGL 3300 Introduction to English Studies

This course introduces students to the English major focusing on critical reading of texts, appropriate critical thinking patterns for research and writing within the disciplines covered within the English major--literature and cultural studies, rhetoric and composition, linguistics, English education, and creative writing. Must be taken within the first 12 hours of the English Major.
