INFS 4340 Information Systems and Governance
This course will develop an understanding of how IT should be planned in organizations how IT can become a strategic tool to improve business performance. Students will learn IT/ business strategy alignment, application portfolio assessment, optimization of service delivery tasks and processes, and IT Roadmap development.
Prerequisite
Advanced standing;
INFS 3308 and
INFS 3310 with 'C' or better. All students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, or Bachelor of Science in Materials Management and Logistics from VCoBE, must apply for and be admitted to VCoBE before they are allowed to enroll in the Advanced Business Core and Major coursework for their degree.
