Professional Writing, Minor

Program Overview

Prepare students for writing in professional and community contexts and provide upper-division writing support for other programs/disciplines. Students in any majors may pursue the minor in Professional Writing. Interested students are required to meet with the Professional Writing Coordinator to plan their coursework.

The above list of courses is not exhaustive. WRLS 2301, ENGL 3341, ENGL 3345, ENGL 3346, ENGL 3340 and other courses may be applied with approval from the Program Coordinator. To apply additional courses, students must seek approval through the standard course substitution process.
