BIOL 3311 Human Physiology
A study of the human physiological pathways and cellular mechanisms responsible for organ function and organ system homeostasis. Topics will include nervous system function and regulation, muscle physiology, cardiology, blood pressure, immunity, respiration, digestive processes, urology, endocrinology, and reproduction. This course facilitates learning objectives for pre-health majors.
Prerequisite
Twelve hours of Biology, including 4 hours from either
BIOL 2401 or
BIOL 2402 and also 8 hours of Chemistry.
