BLAW 3337 Business Law I

The study of the development and functioning of our legal environment. The development of case law and precedents; the application of procedural and substantive law pertaining to civil and penal matters and the study and analysis of cases and rules of law relating to basic business practices.

Prerequisite

Sophomore Standing. All students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, or Bachelor of Science in Materials Management and Logistics, or Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Managment from VCoBE, must apply for and be admitted to VCoBE before they are allowed to enroll in the Advanced Business Core and Major coursework for their degree.
