CRIJ 3352 Immigration Law, Policies and Practices

Provides an overview of central issues in Immigration law in the United States. The course reviews the history of immigration laws beginning in the British North American colonies; the inception of the United States and systemic racism; immigration in the nineteenth and twentieth century; and contemporary law, policies and practices.
