EECE 4325 Introduction to Robotics

This course uses a system engineering approach to introduce students to robotic science and technology. Topics include the fundamentals of robot manipulators, sensors, actuators, effectors, Denavit-Hartenberg parameterization of robot kinematics, motion planning in the joint space and in the Cartesian space, and programming of manipulators. The course will also cover concepts and techniques used in the area of mobile robots.  Topics and hands-on activities may vary by instructor.
