GWSP 1301 Introduction to Gender, Women's, and Sexuality Studies

This course introduces students to the fields of gender, women's, and sexuality studies. It covers topics such as feminist theories; LGBTQ+ studies; gender performance and identity; and intersectional categories of difference. This interdisciplinary course incorporates historical, political, cultural, social, environmental, and economic perspectives. Specific foci and subjects may vary depending on the instructor's area of expertise.
