HPRS 3319 Compliance and Risk Management for Health Science

In this course students will begin to understand, identify and evaluate risk as a mean to reduce injury to patients, staff members, and visitors within an organization and understand how to work proactively and reactively to either prevent incident or to minimize the damage following an event in a healthcare setting. Requirements and principles of compliance in a health care setting will be introduced.
