LDST 3325 Leadership, Diversity and Culture

Examination of effective leadership across cultures. Focus on the social, cultural, historical and political issues impacting leadership in organizations such as public schools, public and private organizations, and government. Survey of the legal and ethical responsibilities of leadership in diverse cultural contexts. Study the connections between effective leadership, institutional culture, diversity, partnerships, and community development to effect positive change.
