MANE 4322 Robotics and Industry Autonomy

This course presents an overview of robotics in practice and research, with a special focus related to advanced manufacturing applications. Topics, including kinematics, inverse kinematics, dynamics and control, sensors and filters, computer vision, and navigation and localization for mobile robotics, will be surveyed. A basic understanding of linear algebra is essential, while a brief review will be presented in the course. Prior knowledge or experience with MATLAB or Python or related programming languages is helpful but not essential.
