MECE 3390 Renewable Energy

The course introduces the basic concepts, working principles, and selected state-of-the-art developments of various renewable energy technologies. The energy sources covered are solar, wind, ocean, geothermal, and hydropower. Solar includes thermal and photovoltaic technologies. The ocean covers wave and tidal/current sources.

A grade of "C" or better in PHYS 2426. Must be officially admitted to the Mechanical Engineering major.
