MGMT 4322 Organizational Leadership

This course is designed to provide an overview of the fields of organizational leadership and change. The ultimate goal is for each student to develop a well-thought-out and well-understood personal leadership philosophy that includes practical applications of leadership in an organizational setting.  The course will expose students to numerous theories and perspectives on leadership and change. We will also explore other issues that affect the ability to lead, from diversity challenges to ethical considerations in the workplace, to change management and team-building concepts. This course is designed to improve your self-awareness and self-knowledge as a leader, your critical thinking skills, and your ability to communicate vision and common objectives effectively.
