NUTR 2351 Introduction to Clinical Nutrition

The study of the basic principles of human nutrition, with an emphasis on macro- and micro-nutrients, all of which affect human body function. Topics include nutritional requirements of the life cycle, principles of medical nutrition therapy (MNT), and relevance of MNT in the treatment/prevention of diseases.
