ENGT 4335 Project Management

This course presents specific concepts, systems, and technologies for managing projects effectively. The role of the project manager as team leader is examined together with important techniques for controlling project costs, schedules, and performance. Topics include planning, scheduling, CPM, PERT, cost estimation, resource allocation and time-cost trade-off.
