INHS 4324 Applied Concepts of Public Health

This course will provide a holistic review of the principles and practices of public health. Students will explore key concepts related to (i) determinants of health, disease, and injury (ii) Population health approach and health promotion (iii) tools of public health (iv) Public health institutions, and (iv) concepts of systems thinking and emerging global health issues.
