BIOL 5418 Biological Microscopy

An introduction to biological microscopy techniques such as bright-field, phase-contrast, fluorescence, and electron microscopy, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical training. Students will gain experience in sample preparation, imaging acquisition, and advanced image analysis techniques to generate high-quality figures for scientific publications.
