A strong grasp of the contractual nature of construction projects is essential for project managers and contract administrators to prevent and resolve disputes effectively. The course provides an overview of key topics that support the academic and professional development of students pursuing careers in construction, engineering, development, or infrastructure projects. As part of the curriculum, students will complete a long-term project exploring advanced construction law topics and case studies, which may draw upon their industry experience.
