PSYC 6355 Behavior Management and Supervision

This course provides students with information specific to organizational behavior management strategies and personnel supervision using behavior analytic principles and observational methods. The course is designed to teach and enhance the repertoire of developing personnel supervisory and management skills that are aligned with Section I of the BCBA 6th Edition Task Content Outline. This course will prepare students to explore evidence-based strategies for performance management, competency-based staff training, performance monitoring, feedback delivery and reinforcement systems. Ethical and professional responsibilities in supervision will be addressed throughout the course along with incorporating culturally responsive performance management procedures.
