MGMT 4321 Organizational Behavior
This course focuses on the study of management theory with emphasis on the investigation of individual and group behaviors within organizations, and organizational structure. Covered areas are individual differences, group dynamics, leadership, motivation, goal setting, communication, decision making, and diversity.
Prerequisite
MGMT 3361 or consent of instructor. All students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, or Bachelor of Science in Materials Management and Logistics from VCoBE, must apply for and be admitted to VCoBE before they are allowed to enroll in the Advanced Business Core and Major coursework for their degree.
