CHEM 3401 Environmental Chemistry
Environmental chemistry is an introduction to the study of the natural and anthropogenic aspects of the chemistry of the earth including the atmosphere, hydrosphere, and geosphere. This course will provide students with an understanding of field and laboratory methods of environmental chemistry in addition to a comprehensive investigation of current topics in the discipline. Students should have a strong background in general and or organic chemistry. Field investigation is an important part of this course.
