OTDE 8301 Foundations of Occupational Therapy

Study of the history, relationship, and social context of the development of human occupation and occupational therapy.  This will include philosophy, theoretical concepts, clinical methods, and techniques that support the practice of occupational therapy. This course will emphasize the origins, beliefs, and values of occupation and occupational therapy across the lifespan, sociopolitical factors, and health systems.
