CHEM 6335 Medicinal Food Chemistry

This course on Medicinal Food Chemistry includes an overview of medicinal aspects and interactions of food in human. It will reveal the underlying chemistry and pharmacology of food in human body. It is specially designed for the students who intend to build their career as food chemist/dietitian/nutritionist/physician/pharmacist/dentist/physician assistant/nurse or to work in food industries.
