CHEM 6382 Advanced Protein Biochemistry
This advanced, protein-focused biochemistry includes deep discussion on the structure and characteristics of amino acids and peptides, modern biotechnology and methods for protein preparation, 3D structure determination as well as characteristic investigation, structure and function relationship of representative proteins. Protein biosynthesis, posttranslational modification, and protein functional regulation will also be discussed.
