ELEE 6322 Advanced Electronics and Thin Films Technology

Advanced Electronics materials, Wide Band Gap (WBG) semiconductor materials and thin films. The course covers the following topics: analysis, growth and characterization techniques of thin films, Physical Vapor deposition (PVD); WBG semiconductor materials and Sputtering system, Advanced electronics from III-V group.

ELEE 3301/4328 or equivalent courses with a grade of ‘C’ or better. Students are expected to be familiar with the electronics devices.
