EPSY 6367 ABA 7: Selecting and Implementing Interventions and Personnel Supervision and Management

The content of this course includes 15-clock-hours specific to selecting and implementing behavioral interventions. Implementation of effective intervention begins with selecting appropriate goals based on data and precise goal writing. Additional considerations include client preferences, possible unwanted effects, treatment integrity, need for treatment revision, and collaboration with other providers. This course also includes 30-clock-hours specific to personnel supervision and management. Items covered include risks related to ineffective supervision, supervision expectations and outcomes, competency assessments, and strategies for improvement.
