FINA 3387 Real Estate Finance
Provides an analysis of the nature and problems of developing the financing of real estate. Also, it covers a study of financial markets and instruments that are used to solve the financial needs of various real estate activities.
Prerequisite
ACCT 2301,
ACCT 2302, and ECON 2301. All students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, or Bachelor of Science in Materials Management and Logistics from VCoBE, must apply for and be admitted to VCoBE before they are allowed to enroll in the Advanced Business Core and Major coursework for their degree.
