INTB 4340 Global Leadership and Culture Dynamics

A study of the relevant theories and employed techniques to lead others in organizations around the globe. Topics include motivation, leadership, communication, decision-making, group behavior strategically across varying environmental markets. Cross-cultural applications are emphasized within the context of current global business events.

Prerequisite

INTB 3330 with a minimum grade of C. All students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, or Bachelor of Science in Materials Management and Logistics from VCoBE, must apply for and be admitted to VCoBE before they are allowed to enroll in the Advanced Business Core and Major coursework for their degree.
