ECED 3307 Knowledge & Skills of Preschool Teachers: Profession, Standard, & Ethics
This course provides a broad overview of the history and knowledge base of the early childhood profession and field, national, state, and regional standards and guidelines, early childhood educator code of ethical conduct and the multiple influences of diverse family and community contexts on child development and learning. The course emphasizes reflective teacher practice and professional involvement/engagement in the early childhood field.
