ENTR 3345 Internship in Entrepreneurship

This internship is designed to give students an opportunity to gain real-world experience in an entrepreneurial venture. The student will be supervised by a faculty member acting as a liaison between the employing organization and the academic department to assure compliance with specific learning and experience requirements for the assignment. The employment can be either paid or unpaid, and must be at least 10 hours of work each week over the period of one academic term.

Prerequisite

Upper division standing and approval by both the department chair and employer providing internship experience. All students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, or Bachelor of Science in Materials Management and Logistics from VCoBE, must apply for and be admitted to VCoBE before they are allowed to enroll in the Advanced Business Core and Major coursework for their degree.
