ENVR 3305 Sustainable Agriculture

This course provides an overview of sustainable agriculture. The course looks at the sustainability of food production at multiple levels: farm resources, community, regional, national and global. Students will gain basic understanding of the environmental problems caused by conventional agriculture and understand the challenges to alternative forms of sustainable agriculture.
