ENVR 4301 Environmental Regulations

An overview of pertinent state, national, and international environmental policy, regulation, and governance. This course considers social and governmental movements and roles, Clean Air and Clean Water Acts, energy policy, solid and hazardous waste regulation, land use and management, endangered species protection, and environmental justice and environmentalism.
