Introduction to wines, beers, and distilled spirits in the dining experience. Includes standards of quality, processing storage, service, and recommending food combinations with wine and spirits.

Prerequisite

Junior Standing. Must be of legal drinking age. All students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, or Bachelor of Science in Materials Management and Logistics or Hospitality and Tourism Management from VCoBE, must apply for and be admitted to VCoBE before they are allowed to enroll in the Advanced Business Core and Major coursework for their degree.
