ACCT 7301 Accounting Practicum

This course requires a minimum of 320 hours of hands-on training in a public accounting firm, industry setting, not-for-profit organization, or governmental entity under the guidance of an experienced and credentialed accounting professional. Students must secure their own accounting internship, and the internship must involve bona fide accounting work under the supervision of an experienced accounting professional. This course is designed to bridge academic learning with practical, real-world application, empowering students to integrate theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience. Through this approach, essential skills, competencies, and professional abilities that align directly with career aspirations are cultivated.
