EDUL 6304 Leading Learning
This course provides aspiring school leaders with the skills to develop and sustain a shared campus vision that fosters a positive culture, high-quality instruction, and continuous improvement. Participants learn to use data to guide strategic planning, support teacher growth through coaching and professional development, and promote the achievement of all students. Emphasis is placed on effective communication, collaborative leadership, resource allocation, and reflective practices to build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead successful school improvement efforts.
Prerequisite
Admission into the ACP Principal program.
