Examination of the use and application of statistics in Criminal Justice. Topics may include descriptive and inferential statistics, measures of central tendency, probability theory, and tests for statistical significance.

Sophomore standing and grade of 'C' or better in ENGL 1301 (or ENGL 1387), [ENGL 1302 (ENGL 1388) or ENGL 1305], and any MATH course in the General Education Core (Students are encourages to take MATH 1314 College Algebra or MATH 1324 Math for Business and Social Sciences).
