HIST 3307 Women in History

This course will introduce students to the growing and diverse field of womens and gender history. It will examine the experiences, roles, and contributions of women in politics, economics, labor, and culture. The time period, the focus and the geographical area will change according to the instructor. Suggested topics include Mexican-American/Chicana history and Latina history. May be repeated for additional credit as topic varies. A total of 12 credits can be earned.
